Working with Orders

Overview

Orders, also known as Purchase Orders, are received by Leanafy through external integrations or created manually by warehouse operators. Once an order is entered into Leanafy, warehouse operators can allocate inventory, pick, pack, ship, and fulfill the order.

An order can be created using the Create Order API. Once the order is partially or wholly shipped, the shipment details will be available in the order object, which can be retrieved using the Get Order by ID API or Get All Orders API

Order has been created

picking

Order is being picked

picked

Order has been picked

packed

All items of the order have been packed in one or more packages

shipped

All packages containing items have been shipped

closed

Order has been closed

cancelled

Order has been cancelled

Authentication

All API requests must be authenticated. Follow the Authentication Guide to pass the required headers and securely access the Order APIs.
